Abstract
The dilution behavior is a modern tort of trademark. We should strengthen the anti-dilution protection for well-known trademark to satisfy the demands of well-known trademarks and the international trend. We should learn successful lessons from other countries trademark anti-dilution legislation to establish and improve China's trademark anti-dilution legal system. It can control and prevent trademark dilution.
