Abstract

Social sports resources in China have decided the development process and level of social sports.So how to configure,develop and utilize social sports resources is based on how to correctly understand resources.As far as the nature and characteristics of resources are concerned,the paper believes that the conception of social sports resouces is mainly embodied in development,system,dialectics and cost,the four of which are corelated with and restricted by each other,forming the overall concept of social sports resources.
