Synergetic Outlook of Social Sports Resources under Pan-Resource Background

According to the present Chinese situation of utilizing social sports resources,it put forward the idea that in order to give full play to the entire effect of the existing social sports resources,it's necessary to renovate the traditional concepts of utilizing social sports resources and management model,establish the epistemological foundation of social sports resources of the pan-resource outlook,realize the synergies of the utilization of various existing social sports resources and the management subject,so as to establish a manamement and utilization model of resources with positive interaction and coordinative mutual suitableness among the users,managers and developers of social sports resources,and take the development and utilization of sportin-itself resources as a main body to realize the organic integration of visible resources with invisible ones and sport-in-itself resources with utilizable-sort ones.
