A Study of Renewal of Standard Land Price Based on Dynamic Monitoring System of Land Price——Taking Nanjing City as an Example

On the basis of a commentary on the study of renewal of standard land price both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes systematically and comprehensively the problems in the renewal work of domestic standard land price,and puts forward a new thought of renewal by means of using land price at monitoring points to calculate the index of land price. The City of Nanjing is a case in point,which uses such information as the original grading of land, the standard land price, the monitoring points of land price,and the land market,combined with evaluation regulations of cities and towns, renews standard land price by means of that, and gains good effect.
