The domestic digital land price model research in recent years

Digital land price model has been widely applied in the urban land,In this paper,literature analysis method to be adopted.It described the content system of the digital land price model,digital land price model interpolation method selection,the research about time and space of land price,land price dynamic monitoring,determining level of land and update benchmark land price by digital land price model.the outlook of digital land price model was put forward:For example,Natural and geographical conditions,socio-economic,city planning should be considered in digital land price model,the time series model should be established in digital land price model,Strengthening software development.
