Comparison of the level of producing amylase from 4 normal microecological bacteria

Abstract

Objective In order to look for the effective microecological bacteria for the different microbial preparation and feed additive,we investigated the differences of amylase between Bacillus Licheniformis,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus Cereus,and Bacillus natto.Method Four bacteria were separately cultured and measured the transparent circle after adding the lodine solution.Results All bacteria we investigated could produce varying(level) amylase,the highest activity of amylase was from the Bacillus Cereus.Conclusion The activity of amylase from 4 bacteria was : Bacillus Cereus Bacillus nattoBacillus subtilisBacillus Licheniformis.
