The Simple Study on Land Development Right and Land Use Planning

In the period of rapid urbanization and industrialization of China,the demand for land is increasing rapidly.In order to control land-use,state adopted a series of effective measures,however,there are some problems in land management,such as,inefficient allocation of land and a large number of illegal conversion of agricultural land to other building land.In the conditions of market economic,the economic value of land is increasing significantly and the large number of farmers dispute over land rights.To address some of the sharp contradictions in China,governments should actively create the system of the Land Development Right,signify land development and set up thinkings of Land Use Planning based on the Land Use Right of state-owned.
