An Analysis of Land Development Right and Land Use Planning

In the period of rapid urbanization and industrialization of China,demand for land is rapidly increasing.Although a series of measures has been adopted in order to control land-use,there are some problems in land management,such as inefficient allocation of land and illegal conversion of agricultural land to construction land.In the conditions of market economy,economic value of land is increasing significantly and a number of farmers dispute over land rights.To address some of the sharp contradictions,we should create a system of land development right,signify land development and set up land use planning based on state-owned land use right.
