Research on the Determinants of Logistics Outsourcing Degree of Manufacturing Enterprises and Countermeasures in Zhejiang Province

Subjected to 117manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province,this research presents an empirical study on the determinants of logistics outsourcing degree of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that the logistics outsourcing ideal of manufacturing enterprises and the regional development level of logistics enterprises have prominent positive effects on logistics outsourcing degree,while the logistics strategic significance,logistics asset specificity,logistics processing capacity and service levels of logistics enterprises make less impression on logistics outsourcing degree.Both service level and development level of logistics enterprises are closely related to the logistics outsourcing ideal of manufacturing enterprises.The findings suggest that manufacturing enterprises should promote logistics outsourcing by deepening their understanding to logistics outsourcing with the guidance of modern logistics concept;logistics enterprises should strengthen brand building,win a service reputation by keeping a certain logistics service level through recombination so as to push forward the logistics outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises;the government and trade organizations should create a sound policy environment for the mutual development between manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises.
