A comparative observation on two kings of operation to treat mixed hemorrhoids

Objective: To explore the efficacy of internal ligation plus condensate for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Method: Internal ligation plus condensate.Thirty eight cases with mixed hemorrhoids for the experimental group,and traditional internal ligation plus surgical cutting in 48 cases as the control group.The efficacy,postoperative complications and hospitalization time in the two groups were analyzed.Results: The observation group and control group had no significant difference in the efficacy(P0.05).In the experimental group postoperative urine retention,constipation,pain,bleeding,the incidence of fever were lower than those in the control group(P0.05).While in experimental group had higher incidence of constipation than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Internal ligation plus condensate is effective method of operation with the low rate of postoperative complications and shorter duration.
