Abstract

New institutional economics theory suggests that institutional change can be divided into institutional change and mandatory induced institutional change.Prior to reform and opening, institutional change in China's main women's organizations was the mandatory top-down government-led institutional change. At the time, mandatory institutional change had several rational factors. However, they were also ruled by preferences, bounded rationality and consistency impact of the principle of consent. After reform and opening up,systemic changes in the environment and demands for service have led to two aspects of the emergence of a non-equilibrium system, causing the occurrence of induced institutional change. Thus,in the new system environment,an exploration of women's organizations for the development of China's institutional change model has important practical significance.
