Abstract

Flavones was extracted from mulberry leaf by alcohol.The element of extraction time,concentration of alcohol and etc was studied by orthogonal experiment.The experiment result shows that the extraction rate was 0.723% when the optimal extraction conditions are that:extraction time 1.5 h,extract for three times,ethanol concentration 80% and 1 ∶30 of materials ratio.
