Abstract
The flavonoids extraction process of lotus root was studied. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time,solvent concentration and solid-liquid ratio were studied. The extraction process of flavonoids from lotus root was obtained through the orthogonal test of four factors and three levels. The extraction rate was 148. 606 mg /100 g. The optimum extraction process was as follows: extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 60 min, ethanol concentration 70%,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶25.
