Abstract

The cases those hurts country and social public interests happened frequently in recent years.Public interests litigation becomes to be a hotspot problem in society.This kind of litigation does not prescribe in current law.The qualification of the person who can institute the public interests litigation as the case happened is not definitude.The article puts forward the opinion to boundary the range of principle part.
