Abstract

Liquid fermentation was carried out by using strain of Cordyces sinensis and Na_2SeO_3,and the resulted mycelia reached 25.2?g/L and Se content up to 7.90×10~(10)?g/kg.Animal experimental results show that fermented Se-enriched mycelia, safe and of no toxicity, are more effective than Cordyceps sinensis in such functions as anti-aging,oxygen deficiency tolerance and fatigue endurance, and can replace natural Cordyceps sinensis.
