Abstract
As a fashion prevails in the society, leisure and leisure sport, is also one kind of style of living. Leisure and leisure sport is on effective approach for developing capability and stimulating people to create new society fortune. Especially in the course of society changing, people's leisure time is on the increase. It's very necessary to research leisure and leisure sport. This research expounds the concept of leisure and leisure time, measure index of leisure time, the concept and function of leisure sport, and puts forward several suggestions on how to develop our county's leisure sport.
