Construction of leisure education and leisure sport

Human beings need leisure,which is the release of life vitality of human beings as well as the return to their true selves,and also the freedom from their confusions and the creation of life.In the mean time,leisure also needs education,and the people who have acquired leisure capability via education can feel more jovial and happy things.As an important part of leisure life,leisure sport is not only the result of leisure education,but also the uplift of leisure education.Theoretical study of the construction of leisure sport should be strengthened,and the construc-tion of leisure sport should be brought into the education system,so as to establish a leisure sports system with the Chinese features.
