LEEP in the treatment of cervical disease: Retrospective analysis

Objective To investigate the treatment of loop eletrosurgical excision proce-Dure(LEEP) on cervical disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of 1130 patients with cervical disease underwent LEEP treatment was reported in this study,including security,efficient,operation matters needed attention,complications prevention and treatment,the time of surgery,blood loss and postoperative recovery etc.Result The average operation time was(6.2±2.1) min,the average intraoperative blood was(5.1±3.3) ml,the average postoperative recovery in good condition,the cure rate reached 96.12%,with an overall effective rate of 100%,and no significant complications.Conclusion LEEP is an easy therapy for cervical disease,it has many advantages such as little surgical time,less blood loss,high cure rate,it should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
