Abstract

This paper has made a detailed analysis on the advantages in government supports,geography,interpersonal relationship etc.and the disadvantages in poor comprehensive strengths,low abilities,and backward philosophies when local colleges and universities serve the local society.In addition,some counter measures have also been put forward in the paper for local colleges and uniersities to serve the local social and economic development.
