On the Relationship of Teaching and Research of the Local Colleges and Universities and Serving Local Social Economy Development

The advantages of local colleges and universities are in geography,interpersonal relationship,government supports,abound intellectual resources etc,while the disadvantages of them are in poor service capacity,impercipient knowledge,unreasonable development project.As a result,the local colleges and universities should break with the conventional idea,readjust their orientation,make further and stronger contact with government,enterprises and public institutions under the direction of socioeconomic development,develop personnel training,scientific research,key discipline construction and cooperation by production and study research,make an effort to raise the ability of science-tech innovation to serve the local society to promote the local economy development.
