Abstract
The motions of speed skating can't be performed by a single muscle-group and must need to mobilize many muscle-groups to work in phase, its kinematic chain being with the center of core muscle-group which takes the stabilizing and supporting effects on the dynamic posture, movement skills and specialized technique.By pivotal role in coordination and integration of upper and lower limbs, the core strength can ensure the skaters balanceablely and harmoniously perform the skating motions with high quality.Enhancing the teen-agers' core strength training will help them better hold the skating skills, improve the physical work efficiency and prevent the sports injury.
