Abstract

In order to relieve the situation of water shortage and adjust water resources distribution in some areas,considering the resource characteristics of flood,it is the effective way to utilize flood storage regions.In this paper,the Huangzhuangwa flood storage region in Tianjin was taken for example,the values of the flood damage and benefits were calculated,and the optimum water level of the flood storage region was determined.Based on this,a method to determine the optimum water level of flood storage region was summarized.In the method,on the principle of the maximum comprehensive benefits of water storage,the flood damage,the benefits such as flood preventing,water supply and ecology were considered,the fuzzy recognized theory was employed to determine the optimum water level.
