Abstract

The northwest of Yunnan province was one of the richest area of plant flora and special genus in Yunnan province.There were 163 species belonging to 15 genera of leguminous and gramineous forages plants,based on a primary statistical analysis.Most of them had excellent edibility and high nutrition value Among them,the important germplasm resources were Dactylis glomertat,Medicago satvia,M.Pubescens,Astragalus cicer,Lotus corniculata and Elymus tangutorum.
