Abstract

Objective: Study on nasal mucosal contact point headache caused by nasal anatomical abnormalities and analysis on therapeutic efficacy of reconstructing the nasal anatomy under endoscope. Methods: 94 cases with nasal mucosal contact point headache were performed endoscopic surgery to correct the abnormal nasal anatomy and followed up for 6 to 18 months. Results: After the endoscopic surgery,94 cases were cured in 79,11 cases got improved and 4 were invalid,The overall effective rate is 95.7%.Preoperative and postoperative difference is statistically significant by visual analogue scale(VAS).(t=37.56,P0.01). Conclusion: Nasal mucosal contact point headache caused by abnormal nasal anatomy could get good results,by nasal reshaping the structure through endoscopic treatment.
