Abstract
Objective To investigate the situation of Food intolerance in Urumqi, and give guide with healthy diet for food sensitive people, as well as provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods Serum specific IgG antibody to 14 foods in 617 people who received physical examination were detected by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results the most of people have little food intorlerance, meanwhile, the positive rate of egg were the highest among the 14 foods, the lowest were pork and wheat. The positive rate of IgG antibody were highest in summer, and the lowest in winter. Conclusion Detection of specific IgG antibody of food intolerance is helpful for healthy diet guide, and at the same time can help clinical diagnosis of disease.
