Abstract
Objective To analyze the reason of food intolerance by detecting the 14 kinds of food allergen specific IgG antibodies in serum of patient with food intolerance. Methods We used the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to detect the 14 kinds of food allergen specific IgG antibodies in serum of 440 patients including 220 children and 200 adults. Results The positive rates of the specific IgG antibodies in milk and eggs were higher than that of other food, the total positive rate in children group was higher than that in adult group(P0.05).Conclusion According to the test result of the 14 kinds of food allergen specific IgG antibodies in serum of 440 patients,we conclude that the food intolerance is common in all people and it is more prevalent in children and adult women.
