Abstract

For the existing problems in non-computer professional computer education of university, the characteristics of computer basic education was analyzed. Combining with the practice in computer education reform and meeting the development trend and the needs of society, a computer-based teaching professional computer system is proposed, which is Teacher-led, student-centered, technology-mean, content-cored, innovation-goal and evaluation-oriented.
