Abstract

To improve non-computer majors in college teaching of basic education,so that non-computer professional computer based college teaching to adapt to social development,the article from the current non-computer professional college computer the status of basic education,current situation,analyzes the Basic Computer Course problems and deficiencies,proposed on Computer Basic Courses teaching with reform measures based hierarchy.
