The Study and Practice of the Construction of Engineering Specialty Groups at Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Civil Engineering Specialty Group Building in Yangzhou Polytechnic College

The construction of specialty group has important significance to promoting the talents training level in higher vocational colleges.Taking the construction of civil engineering specialty group in Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example,this paper begins with the analysis of the thinking on specialty groups building.Then it mainly elaborates the building content of specialty groups from six aspects such as the innovation of talent-training system,development of curriculum system,design of practical training and teaching system,training of double-professional teachers,establishment of specialty groups management and operational mechanism,building of the platform for industry-academy-rResearch cooperation,etc.,thus providing reference for engineering specialty groups construction in higher vocational colleges.
