On the Reform of Land Expropriation System

With the deepening of the reform,conflicts and problems are arising constantly and remain relatively severe in some places in land expropriation compensation and settlement.Therefore,it is urgent that the current land expropriation system be reformed.Based on an analysis about the problems in current land expropriation system,this paper proposes such reform thoughts as rationally increasing the compensation standard for land expropriated,establishing and perfecting the social security system for farmers who have lost their land,amending regulations and policies,and improving and standardizing the land expropriation procedure.
