Abstract

Seventeen compounds have been isolated from Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.Their structures were deduced on the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. These compounds, including eleven alkaloids, two anthraquinones,a triterpenoid and three steroids, were identified as dihydrochelerythrine(1),dehydrocorydaline(2),tetrahydrocolumbamine(3),isocorybulbine(4),corydaline(5),tetrahydrocoptisine(6),jatrorrhizine(7),coptisine(8),emodin(9),physcion(10),3β-hydroxy-olean-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid(11),berberine(12),palmatine(13),tetrahydropalmatine(14),stigmasterol(15),β-sitosterol(16),and daucosterol(17).Compounds 9-11 were isolated from genus Corydalis for the first time, and 1 was firstly isolated from this species.
