Abstract
In order to screen the bacteria strains with high nematicidal activity against the pine nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus),one bacteria strain with high nematicidal activity on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, named LZ-01was isolated from surface of pickled mustard.Based on the observation of morphology, the determination of physiological and biochemical characteristics, the analysis of 16SrDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree,LZ-01was identified as Bacillus cereus.Bioassay of nematicidal activity of filtered culture of LZ-01against the pine nematode showed that thecorrected mortality of pine wood nematode reached 100%after treatment for 10h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
