Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to screen bacterium with nematicidal activity to pine wood nematode(Bursaphelenchuh xylophilus).[Method] The nematicidal activities of 12 bacteria strains isolated from pine forest and poplar forest to B.xylophilus were determined.[Result] Twelve bacteria strains were isolated from the plant, and the nematode mortality was 100% after B.xylophilus was treated by four times dilution of JK-SD001 fermentation liquor for 24 h,meanwhile the nematode appeared digestion, with the digestion rate of 80.4%.[Conclusion] The research result lays the foundation for the development of biological nematicides.
