Attribute of Virtual Property

Abstract
With the fast development of the industry of net game, dissention about net virtual property has frequently been seen in the newspapers. The fundamental reason lies in the different understanding of legal attribute of virtual property. This article endows property attribute to virtual property on the basis of comparing virtual property with property in law. It also examines its ownership and measure of its value.
