The Ways of Science and Technology Service for New Countryside Construction in Hebei Plain Area

It is a long way and effort taking task to construct new countryside in plain areas of Hebei province.The methods are a great variety,among which science and technology service for new countryside construction is the best one.This paper studied the methods of new countryside construction from three aspects: emphasizing on the science and technology and raising its importance in new countryside construction;innovation in the fundamental theories and practical technologies in agricultural science and technology;improvement in the system of science and technology service for new countryside construction.
