Abstract

This paper summarizes the experiences of New Countryside Construction through the researches of practices in China and other countries.We think that in China,there are facing urgent institutional transformation in rural areas from the view of New Economic Theory. Accelerating system innovation,developing education in countryside,promoting technology are the most important priorities currently,and they also can play a multiplier effect in the process of New Countryside Construction.
