Discussion on Safety of Several Possible Carcinogenic Food Additives

This review mainly focuses on NaNO2,Sudan and a series of other food safety incidents which have occurred in recent years,and discusses the safety of food additives.Firstly,it analyzes the current utilizing situations of food additives and the cause of cancer of several carcinogenic food additives.Secondly,it proposes the using principles and recommendations of food additives.Only by establishing a complete security system and evaluation system for food additives,improving the existing standard,ensuring the safety and non-toxic of food additives,stipulating using standard and restricting intake,the safety of food could be guaranteed.
