Abstract

Peoples have paid more attention to the safety of food additives,and the most governments of all countries take the corresponding regulations and a lot of related methods to try to control the use of food additives.The regulations about food additives of the developed countries were reviewed.How to strengthen the safety management of food additives of our country were discussed.
