Practice and Thinking of Rural Cultural Undertakings of Jiangsu Province:Problems,Causes and Countermeasures

Stimulated by a rapid growth of economy,great progress has been made in the development of rural cultural undertakings of Jiangsu Province.Though farmers' spiritual and cultural life has been improved greatly,there are still problems,such as local governments not paying much attention to it,large regional differences,inadequate performance evaluation system and so on.These problems have resulted from various reasons,including systems and society and subjective reasons of farmers.The development of rural cultural undertakings is a systematic project and the government,society and farmers themselves should work together to find solutions to these problems.
