Abstract

To solve the heat load problem of diesel engine cylinder liner,adopted thermocouple temperature measurement method to test the key points of the wet cylinder liner's inner surface of 4100QBZL diesel engine under the different working conditions,and analyzed the relations between the working temperature of cylinder liner and the engine speed as well as the loads changing and the characteristic of temperature's distribution.The experimental results indicate that every cylinder liner's temperature value increases along with the load and the engine speed increasing,the temperature of the third cylinder liner is higher than other three cylinder liner's,and under the maximum torque condition,the working temperature of cylinder liner,which appears on the upper part of the third cylinder liner's inner surface,can be high up to 120.2℃.
