Review of the Studies on Graduate Employability Abroad and their Enlightenment

Abstract

As an important research tool in informing labor market policy in the USA, EU and beyond since 1990, Employability has been widely used to analyze the problem of the Employment of Graduate. By examining the existing research,this paper introduces different concepts, components and various models of graduate employability and provides some analysis and comparison. It offers inspiration for developing a practical model of graduate employability in our country, which is helpful to graduates to improve their employability.
