Study on the Interactive Mechanism and Its Realization Paths to Optimize Industrial Structure and Improve the Quality of Urbanization in China

The optimization of industrial structure and promote promotion of the urbanization quality are not only the key measures to solve the current irrational industrial structure and the extensive urbanization,but also are the long-term strategy to push the transformation and development of economy and society.There is the interactive mechanism between the optimization of the industrial structure and the promotion of urbanization quality.On the one hand,the optimization of the industrial structure is beneficial to the transformation and development of city and town,and the promotion of urbanization quality;on the other hand,the promotion of urbanization quality is good for the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,and the rationalization of industrial distribution.On the basis of the interaction mechanism,and in view of the serious problems in the interaction between the industrial structure and the urbanization quality in China,such as double extensive operation,double deficiency,double dislocation,double low efficiency and so on,the author puts forward the following Implementation paths to choose:(1) speeding up industrial transformation,to promote the quality of urbanization on the whole;(2) strengthening integration of industry and town,to promote the interactive development of industry and town;(3) optimizing the industrial layout,to promote the formation of new urbanization pattern;(4) improving the industrial policy,to promote the scientific development of urbanization.
