THE DISCUSSION OF INTERACTION THEORY ON REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE EVOLUTIONT AND URBANIZATION

Urbanization is the certain stage result that regional industrial structure evolves and regional social economy develops. It is the basic outlet of solving the problem about Three Agricultural Problems in China,and is also the carrier that stimulates a new round regional wealth flow. With the improvement of urbanization,the kernel function of city in the regional development is becoming more and more important. And with the appearance of development pattern between townie regionalism and regional urbanism,both city and region necessarily form development situation of mutual make-up,conformity and integrativation in the way of development factors,industrial structure,infrastructure,environment,and so on. It has been considered that the continual readjustment and upgrade of industrial structure are the main characteristics and factors in the development of region. At the same time,urbanization plays the role of the demand promotion and spatial support function in upgrading of industrial structure. Since the reformation,the practice has showed that the economical developed area in which industrial structure is readjusted and promoted continually also has rapid development in urbanization. The responding of urbanization to the industrial structure upgrade has become the essential target for urbanization and an important way for industrial structure upgrade in nowadays. In this paper,the authors explain the research background of urbanzation,point out the development and inevitable trend of urbanization and the evolution of the industrial structure,as well as the strategic choice development in region. Then,the theories of urbanization is analyzed in the paper,responsing to evolution of regional industrial structure development. Based on the concept of urbanization,the authors discuss the theory framework of urbanization in the region,analyze the cources and driving factors of urbanization as well as the evolution of industrial struature in region,and discover the interaction characteristics between urbanization and industrial structure. Finally,the mechanism of urbanization is mentioned:in the paper. in the hope to give the guidline of the practical application to the regional structure development.
