Abstract

With the deepening of the reform of management system in colleges and universities, the content of financial management is getting richer, and new problems to be solved arise. Therefore, we should clarify the important role of financial management, implementing the accountant appointment system, and strengthen the both-winning cooperation between schools and banks.
