Abstract

In the 21st century,the financial managemeng in colleges and universities must keep abreast of the times.Colleges and universities in our country should set up perfect system of financial management.It can be called unified leadership,centralized or different levels management.And they ought to reform traditional financial management,and strengthen budgetary management.Moreover,the management in these schools should be beneficial.
