Abstract

AIM: To compare the pharmacokinetic and bioavailability between domestic and imported Bendazaclysine (BDZL) tablets in dogs. METHODS: BDZL was detected by HPLCfluorescence method. RESULTS: It was found that the characteristics of the plasma concentrationtime curve fit to onecompartment model after a single oral does of 100 mg·kg-1. Pharmacokinetic parameters of the two kinds of tablet were as follows: Cmax=1378±186 mg·L-1;140±150 mg·L-1;Tmax=624±059 h; 639±082 h, AUC=88328±15635 mg·h-1·L-1;90510±17386 mg·h-1·L-1. CONCLUSION: The relative bioavailability of domestic tablets was 9799%±587%, compared with imported tablets. It was showed that the two fomulations were bioequivalent.
