Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of octreotide in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction after operation. Method:The clinical data of 64 cases with early postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, and all patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table, and there were 32 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine treatment, and the experimental group were given octreotide treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the two groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion:The effects of patients treated with octreotide were obviously higher than that of patients treated with the conventional treatment, and it is worthy of applying widely in the clinical.
