Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(n=36) and control group(n=36).Control group were treated by INF-a with a course of 3 months.observation group were treated by lamivudine with a course of 12 months. Results The markedly effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(44.4% vs 13.9%,P0.01).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(61.1% vs 33.3%,P0.05) too. There were no significant differences in the rates for HBeAg and HBV-DNA to change to negative between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Lamivudine is effective and safe in treatment of cases with chronic hepatitis B.
