Abstract

There are a lot of folk cultural inheritance in Henan province but these treasure meet unprecedented impact today.They are disappearing with the development of modernizing country.Salvage project on folk cultural inheritance has being in a difficult position because of the contradiction with modern system of intellectual property rights.So it is necessary to research how to resolve these problems.
