Abstract

Elective general course is the important platform to improve the science literacy of college students.Due to shorter development time,less experience,and insufficient awareness in elective general course in the domestic colleges and universities,elective general course is generally not scientifically set up,and sub-standard in management,teaching staff are not strong,and teaching quality is not high.Based on the information above,we analyze and discuss the importance and feasibility of carrying out experimental teaching in elective general course,and make experimental teaching one of the important ways to build quality course of elective general course.
